1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to The CORVIST ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • One Account: Each account is for a single user only. You may not share your account credentials with any other person.

4. Lifetime Access Explained

Our commitment is to provide you with Lifetime Access to The CORVIST upon a one-time payment. It is crucial for you to understand the scope and limitations of this term:

  • Operational Lifespan: "Lifetime Access" is for the lifetime of The CORVIST as a commercial service, not the natural lifetime of the User. Your access will remain active for as long as we continue to operate and support the Service.
  • Cessation of Service: Should The CORVIST, for any reason (including but not limited to business closure, acquisition, bankruptcy, or technological obsolescence), permanently cease to operate, your Lifetime Access will be terminated.
  • No Refunds on Cessation: In the event that the Service ceases to operate, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund of your original purchase price. Your payment grants access for the operational lifespan of the Service, whatever that duration may be.
  • Service Evolution: Your Lifetime Access applies to The CORVIST service as it evolves. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features, content, and functionality from the Service over time. Lifetime Access does not guarantee that any specific feature will be available indefinitely.

5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service through automated means.
  • Sell, resell, rent, or sublicense the Service or your access to it.
  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Introduce any viruses, malware, or other malicious code to the Service.

6. Payments and Billing

  • One-Time Fee: Access to the Service is granted upon the payment of a one-time fee as specified at the time of purchase.
  • No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law (e.g., within a statutory cooling-off period).
  • Currency: All transactions will be processed in the currency displayed at the point of sale.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, code, design, and other materials comprising the Service are the exclusive property of The CORVIST and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or its content, other than the limited license for use described herein.

8. Termination

  • Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature, if available.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or reliability of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The CORVIST, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
